Real trade
The founders of Dvigus did not start with digital marketing, but with real trade and international sales. We built promotion and distribution channels for goods in the markets of Turkey, China, Russia, Bulgaria, and Greece — from footwear to cleaning products and services. This experience gave us something no course can teach: an understanding of how a product finds its buyer in different countries, cultures, and sales channels.
Moving to online advertising
We transferred our accumulated sales experience into digital. The main focus became product promotion through performance channels: Facebook, Google Ads, Yandex.Direct, and VK. From this point, our expertise began to be built on measurable results — traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition cost.
Affiliate programs
The team moved on to working with large affiliate programs: cooperation with Airbnb to attract new hosts and with MarketCall to attract real estate buyers in Russia and Ukraine. This direction required more complex analytics and work with long sales cycles.
- For Airbnb, more than 500 properties were attracted worldwide in 8 months.
- For MarketCall, more than 15,000 potential real estate buyers were attracted in Moscow and Kyiv over 18 months.
Own product business
Relying on accumulated expertise in sales and performance marketing, we launched our own product business — selling mops in Bulgaria. This allowed us to test all of our approaches ‘on our own skin’, from procurement and logistics to scaling advertising campaigns.
- For the procurement of plastic products, we established direct connections with manufacturers in Turkey, including Emay Home and Zambak Plastic, ensuring stable quality and favorable supply terms.
- At the same time, we entered the largest federal marketplaces in Russia and the CIS — Wildberries, Ozon, and Yandex.Market, where more than 100,000 sales were made in 24 months.
